(a) whether the Government has any plan to consider the persons as beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana—Gramin (PMAY-G), whose names were not included in the SECC list 2011 but entered in the BPL list and if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether the Government has conducted any survey to know the actual figure/number of persons whose names were not included in the SECC list 2011and if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether any timeframe has been fixed to complete the data base of beneficiaries under PMAY-G and if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the total amount allocated for the PMAY-G Scheme during the last two years and the current year, State/UT-wise?

Will the Minister of RURAL DEVELOPMENT be pleased to state:-
(a) whether the Government has any plan to consider the persons as beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana—Gramin (PMAY-G), whose names were not included in the SECC list 2011 but entered in the BPL list and if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether the Government has conducted any survey to know the actual figure/number of persons whose names were not included in the SECC list 2011and if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether any timeframe has been fixed to complete the data base of beneficiaries under PMAY-G and if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the total amount allocated for the PMAY-G Scheme during the last two years and the current year, State/UT-wise?

(a) : In the initial year of implementation of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G), there is no provision available for adding/ including names of the permanent Wait List. However, claimants other than those endorsed by Gram Sabha/ Village Sabha or the lower unit of local self-government as recognized by the respective State/ UT Panchayat Act, for inclusion in the list, may submit their claims to the Competent Authority within a period of six months from the day of the passing of resolution by the Gram Sabha. The Competent Authority shall enquire into the list, as endorsed by the Gram Sabha as well as the representations received directly and submit report to the Appellate Committee. Based on the merit of the claim, the Appellate Committee may recommend including these households in the universe of beneficiaries of PMAY-G. The detailed procedure for submission of reports by Competent Authority and disposal of cases by the Appellate Committee, including timely disposal, will be decided by the respective State/ UT.
The list of households proposed to be included in the universe, as recommended by the Appellate Committee, will be prepared Gram Panchayat and community wise. The decision on inclusion of these households into the Permanent Wait List shall be made after obtaining the approval of Competent Authority in the Central Government on recommendation of the State Government.
(b) : No, Madam.
(c) : No timeframe has been fixed to complete the data base of beneficiaries under PMAY-G.
(d) : A statement indicating amount allocated under PMAY-G (erstwhile IAY) during the last two years and current year, State/UT-wise is given in the Annexure-I.
