प्रधानमंत्री किसान योजना के अंतर्गत उठने वाले शिकायतों को देखते हुए कई सवाल लोकसभा में उठाये गए जिसका जवाब कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्री देते हुए बताते हैं की जिस लाभार्थी की डेटा प्रविष्टि में कोई त्रुटी नहीं होती है उस लाभार्थी के खाते में पैसा हस्तांतरण करने में कोई दिक्कत नहीं आती, लेकिन जब तक उनका सही और सत्यापित डेटा पीएम किसान पोर्टल पर अपलोड नहीं होता है उन्हें इस योजना का लाभ नहीं मिल पाता। उन्होंने आगे बताते हुए ये कहा कि अपलोड किये गए लाभार्थी की डेटा को बैंक सहित विभिन्न सम्बंधित एजेंसियों के माध्यम से बहु-स्तरीय सत्यापन किया जाता है उसके बाद ही लाभार्थियों के बैंक खातों में राशि जारी की जाती है।

Complaints under PM Kisan Scheme

Will the Minister of AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE be pleased to state:-
(a) whether any complaints have been reported of certain farmers eligible for direct benefit transfers under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Yojana not receiving the benefits due to errors in the data entry resulting in the farmers being connected to villages other than their own;
(b) if so,the number of such complaints received from Satara district of Maharashtra;
(c) the measures taken to correct the errors; and
(d) the time-frame in which these farmers will receive the pending benefits?

(a) & (b): Yes Sir. 32 villages comprising 5,964 beneficiaries in Satara District of Maharashtra faced the issue of non-receipt of benefit under the Pradhan Mantri Kissan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) Yojana due to errors in the data entry resulting in the farmers being connected to Satara District of Maharashtra State.
(c): The State was provided with the functionality to correct the locations of beneficiaries on the PM-KISAN Portal, by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) at the Centre. The correction activity was initiated immediately for updating the data of the respective beneficiaries.
(d)): PM-Kisan is a continuous and ongoing Scheme, in which the financial benefits are transferred to the bank accounts of the identified beneficiaries as and when their correct and verified data is uploaded by the concerned States / UTs on PM-Kisan web-portal. The data of beneficiaries so uploaded by them undergoes a multi-level verification and validation by various concerned agencies, including the banks, and only then the amount is released into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.
