(a) whether there are any States which have not availed of the PM-Kisan (Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi) Yojana; and

(a) & (b): Only the State Government of West Bengal has not yet on-boarded Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) Scheme. The State Government has informed that they have not taken a decision for participation in the Scheme.
